The Wild Rose Days committee has been busy planning this year’s events for their big Party on the Pond on Friday, July 21st and Saturday, July 22nd. They’ll be kicking the weekend off on Friday with a Picnic in the Park at Roberts Park from 6-10pm. There will be food, music, and family fun. The party will continue on Saturday at 7:30am with free Zumba at Roberts Park, a pancake breakfast, bake sale, and craft fair at the Lions Club from 7:30-11am. The parade will follow on Main Street at 11:30am with a ton of fun activities at Roberts Park from 12-5pm. Human foosball, 3 on 3 kids basketball tournament, bounce houses, carnival games, train rides, live music, petting zoo, and fireworks are just a FEW of the fun things you can enjoy. If you are interested in participating in the parade, no pre-registration is required. Lineup will be from 10:30-11:15am at the corner of Roberts Road and Hwy 22.
