    Name: 2018 Augustfest
    Date: August 11, 2018
    Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT
    Event Description:
The schedule is complete and Wautoma will be alive with fun and entertainment for the family on Saturday, August 11th. The fun in the sun begins at 9am and activities wrap up by 4pm.

A shuttle service will be running from Wautoma High School to the Augustfest events in Wautoma. Make it easy, park your car, ride the free shuttle, and enjoy the events!

Begin your day with donuts inside the WWII Memorial Building at 9am. Buy one or a dozen and enjoy a cup of coffee while you plan your day of fun.

Also inside the WWII Memorial, there is a spectactular quilt show that features some of the most beautiful handmade quilts you will ever see.

The American Legion Auxiliary will also have a booth inside, just across from the donuts. They will feature homemade goodies from jams and jellies to barbeque sandwiches.

A silent auction completes the venue inside the Memorial Buidling where you can bid on over 50 items that have been donated by area businesses. All funds from the auction are used to fund the activities for Augustfest 2019.

The Wautoma Lions Club will dump their ducks into the White River on Main St at 3pm. Duck tickets are available at the Farm Market, Grimms, and Copps, or from any Lions member.
Free pony rides for the kids will again be featured in the parking lot behind the WWII Memorial from 11am to 3pm. The Wautoma Library and Friends will be holding their annual bake and book sale. Enjoy some great baked goods and pick some good reads at reasonable prices.
There will be crafts galore at Augustfest 2018. Take time to browse and collect some of your favorite things at this year's craft booths in the library parking lot. Entertainment will include Magician Ryan Radke walking through the crowd, Dizzy D the balloon twister, and live music!
