2017 Adams-Colombia Electric Cooperative’s 30th Annual Meeting. Members of Adams-Columbia Electric Cooperative (ACEC) will want to reserve Tuesday, May 16, 2017 for the organization’s 30th annual meeting. The meeting will be held in the new Fine Arts Center at the Adams-Friendship High School in Adams. Doors will open for registration at 5:15 pm; the business meeting will start promptly at 6:00 pm. At the business meeting, members will elect directors in two districts, plus one at-large director’s seat. Reports on cooperative business from the past year will be presented. Members will be asked to consider a slate of proposed changes to the cooperative’s bylaws. The bylaws were last updated in 2013.For faster registration at the annual meeting, Adams-Columbia members are encouraged to bring the mailing label from a recent issue of Wisconsin Energy Cooperative News magazine. Light snacks will be served during the registration period, prior to the business meeting. Cooperative members registering at the meeting will receive an attendance gift. The Adams-Friendship Fine Arts Center is conveniently located at the Adams-Friendship High School in Adams. The address for the school is: 1109 East North Street. There is ample parking with easy access to the Fine Arts Center.
