Acceptance of Terms

The Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce internet site (www.wausharachamber.com) is provided as a service to the members of the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce, the Waushara Area business community, and the general public visitors to this site.  Viewers and users of this site agree to abide by the Terms of Use.  Amended terms will be effective upon posting.  It is the responsibility of the viewer/user to review these terms.

Copying or distributing any part of this site without the Chamber’s prior written authorization is prohibited.  Alterations or modifications to this site other than by the site administrator and other than as may be necessary in order to use the site for its intended purpose is prohibited.  Unauthorized attempts to change or upload information on this site is prohibited.

You may be required to open an account to use or access the site, and may be required to complete a registration process by providing complete and accurate information requested on the registration form.  You may be asked to provide a user name and password.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password at all times.  You shall not use the account, user name or password of another at any time.  You are responsible for notifying the Chamber administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, user name, or password. 

User Content

The Chamber, on behalf of this site, may now or in the future permit the submission of videos, links, communications, photos, and other content submitted by you and other users.  There is no guarantee of confidentiality with respect to any submissions.  You shall be solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing of the same.

By submitting content, you agree that you will not be compensated for any content, and that you warrant and represent that you are authorized to submit the content.

You agree to obey the law and to respect and abide by the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to upload, download, display, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening.  Content will not encourage or constitute a criminal offense, nor violate any local, state, federal, or foreign law or regulation. 

All content will be subject to approval by website administrator and the Chamber Board and website administrator reserve the right to delete or deny any such material from its content.  The Waushara Area Chamber Board commits to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.

Warranties

As this website will reflect continuous improvements and additions, the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce makes this site available “as is” without warranty of any kind.  The Chamber Board and website administrator strive for accuracy in the information represented; however, no warranty is provided.

Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims arising from your access to or use of this site.
