Bosshard Surveying, LLC is a full service land surveying company serving Central Wisconsin. Our owners are David Bosshard & John Schulz who have a combined survey experience of over 30 years.

David Bosshard, PLS
A highly successful Professional Land Surveyor personally manages all of our land surveying activities. David is involved with every survey ensuring that all clients receive the highest professional care possible. He also is responsible for the implementation of survey & drafting standards that ensure best survey practices are adhered to in all work preformed by our staff. We conduct a wide variety of services some of which include: wide-area base mapping projects, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, certified survey maps, preliminary plats, and final plats. David also serves as the firms technology coordinator.

John Schulz
A highly educated and successful Land Surveyor with experience in both the public and private sector. Experience includes a strong knowledge of all aspects of land surveying and surveying methodologies. Thorough knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, CSM?s and final plats. In addition, a strong background in CAD design and extensive knowledge of numerous land surveying instruments for use on field assignments.
