    Job Description
    Work site: Wautoma Early Learning Center—Wautoma, WI Start Date: as soon as possible Starting Pay: $16.91-$18.43 hour, depending on experience Status: Full time, 40 hours per week. Part year position. Benefits: Paid time off, holidays, 401K (6% match), life insurance access to health, dental, vision and disability insurance. Duties: Responsible for implementing all aspects of the Head Start educational programming, including lesson planning, assessment, screening, home visits and conferences. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and one year of related work experience with children ages 0-5; • OR Two-year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field through a technical college and two years of related work experience that includes working directly with children ages 0-5. • Supervisory experience preferred. • Must be able to work effectively within multi-cultural situations Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC, upon commencing employment.
