The WACC and the City of Wautoma are so excited to announce that there will be 4th of July Fireworks held on Saturday, July 4th at the Waushara County Fairgrounds at dusk. The fairgrounds will remain closed to the public but the area around will be available for parking. Some parking lots that are available will be Sandcrest Park, the Wautoma Dog Park, and the city parking lot across from the fairgrounds.
Advisory Recommendations from the City of Wautoma:
We ask that anyone who can view the fireworks from their home or more distant location, please do so. Our local officers will be assisting with traffic in the immediate location of the display of the show. The Freedom Fest event is cancelled and grounds are closed, so there will be no entrance into this location. We also encourage any viewers to utilize social distancing, as we are still in the midst of a pandemic.
This could not have happened without our amazing sponsors: City of Wautoma, Wisconsin Operating Engineers - Training Center Coloma, StoneRidge Piggly Wiggly, Adams Columbia Electric Cooperative, Mayville Engineering Company, Alliant Energy, Wautoma Rotary Club, Waushara Dental Associates, Ideal Accounting, Coldwell Banker TREG, and Farmer’s State Bank.
Reminder: There will be NO parade or festival, please watch the fireworks from your car or home.
