Habitat for Humanity informational meeting. Habitat offers a hand UP, not a hand OUT. Habitat homes are built by community volunteers and funded by donations. It takes more than a hammer to build a house- By volunteering with Habitat for Humanity; you can be a part of the change you want to see in your community. They offer many volunteer opportunities from building, painting, and landscaping to serving on a committee. You can even invite your friends and family to join. They welcome volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds. Habitat for Humanity will be taking applications for a Habitat home in Montello, Coloma and has lots available for future builds in Redgranite, Packwaukee, and Neshkoro.
