Join Dr. Jennifer Culver and Dr. Colleen Pomplun to come together as a group for a kick-off event, filled with informative nutritional and lifestyle details for your personal happiness and wellbeing. You’ll receive a flexible 21-day nutritional plan and other solutions to launch your best self in 2019. Later in the month, come together again for a follow-up group session to discuss successes, challenges, and opportunities to further excel in your wellness in 2019 and beyond. You will have a choice to participate in person or virtually online via Facebook. This kick off will be on January 9th from 6-7:30pm and the follow up will be January 30th 6-7:30pm.
