BBQ, Brews, and Blues at Moose Inn. Moose Inn’s imaginative staff is taking full advantage of the beautiful outdoors and will be grilling up a delectable menu of Applewood smoked hog, mesquite roasted brisket, and hardwood grilled chicken plus all the authentic sides that go along with a genuine BBQ. Brewmaster Dave Knuth, of Knuth Brewery in Ripon, will masterfully pair his artisan crafted beers to their slow roasted spread. Entertainment will also be provided by Blues artist, Cadilac Pete & The Heat.
