              Event Description:
              The Aging Mastery Program is a comprehensive and fun approach to living that combines education, daily goal-setting and practices, and peer support to make meaningful changes in lifestyle areas such as health, finances, and advance planning. Experts will speak for each class. All study materials (a $60 value) and light refreshments will be provided. The class will meet each Wednesday from 9am - noon. If you wish, you can order a meal at the Community Center and join others over lunch.
