10th Annual Taste of Wautoma. Tickets for the 10th annual Taste of Wautoma are now available for purchase at the Wautoma Public Library. The Taste of Wautoma will be held at the World War II Memorial Building on Main Street on Wednesday, July 11th, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Tickets can also be purchased at the door that evening. Several area restaurants will have stations at which a ticket holder can sample the fare of each restaurant. Ask anyone who attended in previous years and they will tell you that this is an event you do not want to miss. At this time, vendors include: Cakes by Candy, Country Crate Confectionary, El PoPo Tienda Mexicana, Heath Farm Market, McDonald's of Wautoma, Moose Inn Supper Club, Mt. Morris Mill Coffee Shop, Stoneridge Piggly Wiggly, Copps of Wautoma,Oakwood, Culver’s of Wautoma, and Two Oaks North. A limited amount of tables of eight will be available for purchase. While no special discount will be given for these tables, the advantage of the bulk purchase is that a spot will be reserved and all eight guests can sit together for certain. In conjunction with this event the Friends of the Library will be holding a silent auction. If you are interested in donating an auction item, it can be dropped off at the Library. This would be greatly appreciated. The proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction will be applied on the loan that paid for the library 2009 remodeling.
